This role suits a strategic, technically minded leader with strong commercial acumen and a commitment to operational excellence.

A natural relationship-builder who engages genuinely across all levels — from clients and shareholders to staff on the manufacturing floor.
Minimum Requirements:
Technical degree (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, Construction Engineering, or similar)
Commerce-related Honours or Master’s degree is an advantage
8 or more years in management, specific to precast concrete manufacturing or a similar industry
5 or more years at a senior/ strategic management level
Proven financial, operational, and data-driven decision-making skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people leadership skills
ISO, OHSA, and ERP/MRP systems experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee and optimise operational performance across the business
Lead the execution of growth strategies aligned with business objectives
Drive profitability through cost control, budgeting, and forecasting
Champion a culture of high performance, accountability, and collaboration
Build strong internal and external relationships across teams, clients, and contractors
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental compliance standards
Use data to inform decision-making and continuously improve processes
