Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
3+ years’ experience managing cashbooks and petty cash (essential).
A diploma in Finance or Accounting (advantageous).
Experience using an accounting software system (advantageous).
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain and reconcile 6 company cashbooks daily.
Investigate and resolve cashbook discrepancies efficiently.
Issue, process, and reconcile petty cash floats.
Update and monitor daily bank balances across all accounts.
Maintain and reconcile credit card accounts.
Process and reconcile the WesBank fleet account.
Support external audits by providing required year-end documentation.
Assist with general admin and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
