Our client, a leading provider of industrial ventilation, filtration, and engineering solutions, is looking for a highly experienced Engineering Manager to lead their Industrial Division at the Witbank branch. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and industrial engineering experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing engineering processes, managing the division, ensuring project efficiency, and driving innovation within the industrial sector.
Minimum Requirements:
BTech in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial or related field).
Proven experience in an engineering management role – not open to recently qualified candidates.
AutoCAD or similar design software proficiency.
Industrial engineering experience – ideally from a relevant engineering company.
Expertise in pumps and electrical systems.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work within strict deadlines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the engineering division within the industrial sector.
Oversee engineering design, maintenance, and implementation of industrial systems, particularly in pumps and electrical systems.
Utilize AutoCAD or similar design software for technical drawings and engineering solutions.
Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, safety standards, and compliance regulations.
Work closely with clients to provide tailored technical solutions.
Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff.
Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for engineering projects.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
