Seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations across Johannesburg and Maputo.
This role is responsible for financial reporting, compliance, tax planning, and strategic financial management across multiple entities.
The ideal candidate is a CA (SA) or CGMA (CA preferred) with experience in multinational companies.
Minimum Requirements:
CA (SA) or CGMA qualification (CA preferred).
5 or more years experience in Senior Accounting.
Multinational and intercompany experience preferred.
Strong financial reporting, compliance, and tax knowledge.
Advanced Excel and financial system skills.
Ability to travel internationally if required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Accounting and Reporting:
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
Monitor budget variances, cost control, and financial systems.
Tax and Compliance:
Manage SARS tax computations, VAT returns, and assessments.
Ensure transfer pricing compliance and handle SARS Country-by-Country reporting.
Treasury and Financial Operations
Liaise with banks, ensure compliance with Reserve Bank regulations, and manage cash flow.
Handle foreign currency transactions and surplus exchange management.
Other:
Prepare management reports and financial presentations.
Support audits, regulatory requirements, and financial projects.
