Our client is seeking a skilled Debtors Controller to join a dynamic team in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in debtors’ reconciliations, collections, allocation of payments, credit notes, and credit terms.

 

Matric

Ndip/Bcom in related field

Driver’s License and own reliable Vehicle

Minimum of 5 years in similar role

Proficient in Sage one

 

Manage debtors’ reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.

Handle collections and follow up on outstanding payments.

Accurately allocate payments to the correct accounts.

Process credit notes and ensure compliance with credit terms.

Maintain strong relationships with clients to resolve account queries.

Prepare and analyze debtor aging reports.

Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
