Our client, a distributor of cosmetic and natural skincare products, currently providing high-quality solutions through its online store, is seeking a passionate and driven External Sales Representative to join the team. As the brand continues to grow and aims to expand its reach into retail stores, this role offers an exciting opportunity to help take the business to the next level.

 

As an External Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling their range of products to retail stores, growing the client base, and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage invoicing and dispatch for online orders.

 

Valid driver’s license and own vehicle

Previous experience in external sales.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Basic administrative skills, including invoicing and order dispatch.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

 

Actively approach and build relationships with retail stores to secure listings for products.

Conduct promotional work to increase product visibility and brand awareness.

Process online orders, including invoicing, dispatching, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely product delivery.

Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to assist with strategy development.

Regularly visit retail outlets to promote products, provide training, and build strong client relationships.
