We are seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join a dynamic team in a technical environment. The ideal candidate will bring extensive bookkeeping expertise, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a multinational company.

Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Finance, or a related field.
8 to 10 years of experience in senior-level bookkeeping.
Proficiency in SAGE Evolution Accounting software.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Previous experience in a multinational environment or handling intercompany transactions will be highly beneficial.
Knowledge of foreign exchange and rate of exchange transactions is an advantage.
English fluency is preferred.
Must have reliable transport.
Tenacity and adaptability in a high-pressure environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Financial Recordkeeping:

Maintain accurate and complete financial records up to Balance Sheet level.
General ledger and lead sheet maintenance.
Process and reconcile accounts receivables and customer ledgers.
Process and reconcile accounts payables and supplier ledgers.
Prepare and reconcile bank accounts and payments, including foreign exchange transactions.
Reconcile credit card statements and expense claims.
Process monthly journals and adjustments.
Maintain the fixed asset register.
Assist with month-end and year-end processes, journals, and reconciliations.
Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory control systems and processes.
Handle customer interactions related to spare parts orders.
Manage quotations, orders, invoices, and stock preparation and distribution.
Plan and coordinate stock takes.
Administrative Support:
Arrange and manage visa and travel logistics.
Provide back-office support and handle ad hoc administrative duties.
Oversee general office orders, including refreshments, canteen supplies, and stationery.
