As the Website Delivery Manager, you’ll be the central figure in the successful completion of website projects, from initial concept to post-launch support. You’ll manage client relationships, coordinate project timelines, ensure quality control, and oversee content management, guaranteeing each site meets our high standards for functionality, design, and user experience.

Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 3+ years in project coordination or management within a creative or digital agency, demonstrating an ability to juggle multiple projects while upholding top-tier quality and timeliness.
3+ years as a primary client liaison, with proven skills in professional communication, managing expectations, and building strong client relationships.
Solid foundation in WordPress, including content management, website structure, and technical troubleshooting. Experience with website updates and content management is essential.
High accuracy in proofreading and content verification, ensuring an error-free, polished product for clients.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and timelines, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
A proactive, analytical approach to identifying and addressing project challenges with minimal guidance.
Familiarity with website and graphic design fundamentals, including Adobe Photoshop for image resizing and editing.
Flexible in managing various roles, from project management to technical support and client relations, responding swiftly to changing project requirements.
Fluent in English, with the confidence to interact with clients via phone and video calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire website project lifecycle, from content upload to final launch, ensuring timelines are met and our quality standards are upheld.
Act as the primary point of contact during the project’s content upload phase, fostering a positive, professional relationship with clients and ensuring clear, effective communication.
Perform meticulous quality control checks on website content and functionality, both pre-and post-launch, identifying and resolving any issues.
Collaborate with management to continuously improve the client experience, refine workflows, and enhance systems and processes for streamlined delivery.
Liaise with design and development teams to ensure project goals are aligned, and all client expectations are met.
Manage website update requests and ensure accurate project billing in collaboration with the accounts team, documenting workflows to improve efficiency.
