Our client, a leading plumbing company in Australia, is looking for a dynamic service coordinator to join their team. You will be responsible for the after hours overflow of calls, and will be managing the service queries.
The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast paced environment, have a fully functional remote setup. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or home service company will be beneficial.
Minimum Requirements:
Exceptional communication skills.
Proven ability to solve problems independently.
Bonus: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or home service company.
Proficiency in using systems like Aroflo, Dialpad, Google Maps, and email platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Schedule Management: Organize and maintain a daily/weekly schedule for a team of skilled plumbers.
Work Order Administration: Enter, update, and manage work orders with precision and attention to detail.
Effective Communication: Liaise with plumbers, customers, and suppliers to coordinate job details and ensure satisfaction.
Problem Solving: Handle unexpected challenges efficiently and calmly, maintaining high-quality service delivery.
Pressure Management: Thrive under pressure and stay organized, handling multiple tasks without missing a beat.
