As the Social Media Community Manager you will be responsible for crafting and executing social media strategies on Instagram and TikTok to engage with the audience, increase brand awareness, and drive follower growth. You will create and manage content, especially video content, and actively engage with the online community.

The role also includes managing influencer partnerships, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring the social media efforts align with the overall marketing goals.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Additional certifications in social media management (e.g., Hootsuite or Meta Blueprint) would be a plus.

Who we are looking for:
4-6 years of social media management experience, particularly with Instagram and TikTok.
Strong understanding of platform-specific features (Instagram Stories, IGTV, TikTok trends) and tools for video content creation and editing.
Proven ability to produce visually appealing and on-trend content that engages and grows a social media community.
Proficient in using analytics tools to measure performance and make informed decisions.
Experience managing influencer partnerships and collaborations.
Ability to work closely with internal teams (marketing, content) to align social media strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for Instagram and TikTok.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (videos, images, reels, stories) that resonates with target audiences.
Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and trends to build a strong, authentic connection with followers.
Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools such as Sprout Social and Hootsuite, making data-driven recommendations to optimize future content and campaigns.
Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand values and marketing goals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform updates, ensuring the brand remains relevant and top-of-mind.
Lead Instagram and TikTok advertising campaigns in partnership with the digital marketing team.
