Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead their marketing team. If you are passionate about marketing, thrive in fast-paced environments, and possess a balance of strategic vision and hands-on leadership, this could be the perfect role for you.

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across both digital and traditional channels. You will lead a team, guiding them to deliver innovative campaigns that align with overall business objectives and enhance brand presence. This role is key to driving the company's marketing initiatives, ensuring cohesive messaging across all platforms, and using data-driven insights to optimize performance.

Minimum Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
Proven track record in managing digital and traditional marketing strategies.
Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media platforms.

Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency in messaging across all touchpoints.
Develop and track marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
Analyze market trends and competitors to inform strategy and decision-making.
Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve marketing processes.
