A leading Auction Platform and Property Services Company specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial properties offers a range of auction formats, including on-site, online, and boardroom auctions, as well as private sales and tenders. Is looking for a Real Estate Data Base Lead Generator. They handle the sale of repossessed and used vehicles, machinery, and assets for financial institutions. With an extensive network of qualified cash buyers, they ensure efficient, competitive sales through tailored marketing and auction services

Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation, preferably within real estate
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
Ability to build rapport and engage with potential clients over the phone
High level of organization and attention to detail
Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently
Proficient in using CRM systems or related tools to track leads and manage client information
Basic understanding of the real estate market and property selling process (preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or real estate will be advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities:
Contact individuals in the existing database to identify potential sellers looking to list their properties
Engage potential clients in conversations about selling their property, providing basic information and answering questions
Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for estate agents to conduct further discussions with interested sellers
Maintain and update the CRM system with details of all interactions, including call outcomes and next steps
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure leads are handed over smoothly and are properly tracked
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for the number of calls made and appointments set
Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, call outcomes, and progress towards targets
Stay informed about real estate market trends and estate agents' offerings to effectively engage with potential sellers
