We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven individual to join our team as a Data Analyst. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting data-driven decision-making across various departments, enhancing academic and operational performance.

Qualifications and Experience:

A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the higher education sector.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS, R, Python) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and report on student throughput rates, identifying trends to optimize student success and graduation rates.
Provide detailed analysis of exam board statistics, including course breakdowns and identification of top achievers.
Evaluate the performance of individual courses and academic programs, offering insights for curriculum enhancement and strategic planning.
Monitor and analyze student engagement and retention rates, recommending strategies to improve retention.
Conduct quality assurance analytics to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support continuous improvement efforts.
Support financial planning and budgeting through tuition revenue forecasting and cost analysis.
Provide data-driven insights to various departments to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
